Job Description

As a Sr UX Designer working with our Oral Healthcare Digital Solutions team, you will shape the user experience of our mobile apps for kids and adults.
 

Your role:

• You are responsible for understanding all stakeholder needs within the ecosystem and champion winning customer experiences and solutions. You ensure that the final product meets our target audience’s needs and Philips' brand requirements.

• You collaborate with product management, research, and engineering to plan and drive the continuous delivery of best-in-class products, with design solutions that delight users using iterative design and development methodologies.

• You translate business requirements, customer, partner, and user needs into interaction frameworks, scenarios, workflows, and wireframes.

• In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary design team to achieve an elevated and consistent Brand experience for Philips Sonicare.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in consumer wellness and gaming space and can demonstrate deep knowledge of the digital and IoT innovation landscape.

• Your skills include discovery and framing, product concept, information architecture, usability, visualization, behavior change and gamification principles, and design related software skills e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

• You have a Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, or related design studies.

• You have a proactive and innovative mindset that allows you to create and effectively propose user experiences that solve business and customer needs.
