The OCONUS Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager will establish the propulsion repair value stream from source identification through industrialization for Military Engines repairs to be performed Outside of the Continental United States.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the strategic sourcing of global repair value streams to support all Military Engine Programs.
  • Lead the identification and establishment of a highly capable repair industrial base, focusing on assessing and securing qualified suppliers based on forecasted repair requirements, including the necessary business processes to facilitate global repairs.
  • Lead an integrated team of Military Engines Programs, Engineering, Military Customer Support & Services, Support Equipment, Global Source Activation and Global Trade Teams to forecast, plan and execute worldwide repair industrialization activity.
  • Effectively lead a talented, multi-disciplined, multi-faceted team.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Program Management or Business; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of similar relevant experience (experience should include a good understanding of propulsion sustainment requirements.Proven skills in continuous improvement and operational excellence with proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a multi-discipline environment.)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
