About the Role & Program:
Safety is an organizational priority and an integral part of the 5 Keys. The Worldwide Safety & Health/Engineering/Sourcing(WSHES) Creative team is the department that inspires our Guests and over 100,000 Cast Members globally to make safe and balanced choices through stories, humor and creative solutions. We make safety, wellness and training come alive through innovative and engaging communications that include infographics, videos, multifaceted signage and storytelling.

The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 – January 2027.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate to produce videos and other digital work to support our various partners and improve our safety culture
- Maintain and manage assets and media files to maintain organizational workflow
- Partner with clients and collaborators to develop creative solutions to meet their individual needs
- Support of technical planning, development and production of materials for new training
- Stay on top of trends and thinking of ways to create impactful content for Cast Members
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proven ability to work creatively with various types of cameras
- Proven ability to problem solve, think critically and manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member

Education:
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, TV/AV Production, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related major
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
- Be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
