Job Description:  

This is the Region Manager position for the Northern Maine Region. The Region Manager leads the Maintenance and Operations functions of Fleet, Bridge, Traffic, and Highway in the region; coordinates maintenance work with capital projects; responsible for budget and personnel; serves as lead representative with municipal leaders and the public; involved with transportation planning; implements department policies and initiatives in support of agency goals and objectives; ensures the management and direction of daily administration of region activities. The position requires progressive experience in managing programs and leading people.
