Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support our growing, nationally recognized college recruiting program. This position will report into the Manager, University Recruiting and will support the recruiting efforts for both intern and full-time hires within a specific geographical territory.

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

• Execute full life cycle of campus recruitment process in hiring for both Epsilon’s Intern and New Grad Programs
• Partners with University Relations Coordinator to build relationships with career center personnel, college faculty, and student organizations with various universities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and teams to determine hiring plan and provide assistance throughout the process
• Own the entire candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding stages
• Oversees interview logistics; establish interview dates, staffs interviewers, prepares interview materials
• Plan, coordinate, and attend events both virtually and on campus including but not limited to informational sessions, carer fairs, classroom engagements, and additional branding events as necessary
• Assist with supporting the Intern and New Grad Programs as needed
• Travel to multiple locations and universities for various events, as business need requires

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Prior campus recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week with additional in-office and on-site support as needed
• Able to work in a team & build effective relationships
• Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills required
• Self-starter, with strong initiative
