Summary 

Advance Practice Nurse who is responsible for the nurse midwifery care delivered to antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum, and newborn patients, and responsibilities per the collaborative agreement. 

Education 

Required: Graduate of ACNM approved School of Nurse-Midwifery 

Certifications 

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. ACNM certification
