Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst within the HR cluster. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join a multidisciplinary team of process engineers, business analysts, development engineers, product owners, and scrum masters. You will support, both functionally and technically, all HR tools necessary for effective HR management. These tools are used by all employees or by HR specialists, and your objective is to ensure their proper functioning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
• Collaborate closely with relevant experts to support and challenge them in defining product concepts, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features for which you are responsible.
• Work in close collaboration with the product owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation needed for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Apply your aptitude for data analytics to contribute to the design of data models and the enhancement of reporting activities.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
• Affinity with data analytics is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
• Agile experience and knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) are considered assets.
