Federal Work Study Student, Respiratory Therapy

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time (preferability from the School of Medicine or School of Health Sciences). 

Job Duties:

• Research assistant for the CRAVE Lab within the department of Respiratory Therapy. Helping with data collection, analysis and

• Assisting with clinical and animal research activities of the laboratory.

   

• Testing of new medical devices in subjects or animals.

• Assisting with project coordination related to education, compliance, and execution of research activities.  

•  Printing medical devices on our 3D printer. Cleaning and curing devices.

•  Stocking and developing ordering list.

• Writing up research activities, advertising, and creating brochures and text for program activities.

•  Working with research customers to convey requirements and gain further understanding of collaboration efforts.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience.
