PRN Requirements:
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period
- Be available for at least two weekend days per month
- Have flexibility to work two of three shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights)
- Commit to working two of the following holidays each year: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day

Pay Range:
$20.80 - $31.20Major Responsibilities:
- Creates the initial electronic health record that serves as the foundation of the patient medical record that is utilized by all members of the healthcare team. Prevents creation of duplicate medical records that can cause treatment safety issues
