In addition, the holder of this position also double-hats as member of the Academy CIS Security Office in the role of COMSEC Officer.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Skill, Knowledge &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance</a></li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of instructors.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with NATO/industry partners, students, and colleagues.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, with knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.</li> <li>Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with the ability to develop and maintain a relevant and engaging curriculum.</li> <li>Experience working in an academic environment is preferred.</li> </ul>
