Certified Medical Assistant - Full Time

Location: 400 8th St., N Naples FL 34102

Millennium Physicians is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN to join our energetic team in Naples FL! If you thrive in a fast-paced walk-in clinic/urgent care environment, are bilingual, and have a passion for delivering excellent patient care, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

• Saturday rotation required

What You'll Do

As a CMA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting vitals and medical histories

• Assisting with examinations and procedures under Physician, ARNP, or PA direction

• Performing EKGs and administering injections

• Entering data into EMR systems (Athena preferred, not required)

• Supporting patient care with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in urgent care or walk-in clinic settings

• Medical Assisting Program completion with Certification/Registration

• CPR/BLS certification (must remain current)

• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• IV certification is a plus

Skills & Abilities

• Bilingual communication preferred

• Strong computer skills; EMR knowledge required

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 25 lbs as needed

• Positive, energetic, and organized mindset
