Caregiver/Direct Support Professional - LPN (Full Time)

Job Description:

Seeking an LPN Monday through Friday day shifts to provide in-home care for a young lady with intellectual disabilities. Shifts are typically 8 AM - 4 PM with some variation from time to time to accomodate scheduling and care needs of the individual.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Tube feedings and care

*Medication administration

*Vitals monitoring and recording

*Health and activity charting using an electronic health records systems and eMAR

*Assistance with bathing and dressing

*Assistance with activities of daily living

*$1000 Signing Bonus Details:

• $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week
• $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
• $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
• Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
• Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
• Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
