We are looking to hire an experienced DevlOps leader who understands technology and knows how to build a team and has established experience with cloud services and DevOps practices such as build/release management and general automation.  You will be responsible for leading teams of software engineers across enterprise product lines. Successful DevOps Engineering Manager candidates will have outstanding analytic capabilities and the ability to prioritize changing demands, multi-task, and creatively meet tight deadlines in addition to being very process focused in a fast paced environment is a must.

How you'll make a difference:

• Build, lead, and mentor a robust software development team.
• Create a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Quality Engineering, Professional Services, CloudOps and other teams.
• Instill development standard methodologies that drive a high-quality result.
• Ensure that all cloud solutions follow internally defined security and compliance controls.
• Manage escalated issues around build and release pipelines.
• Champion Agile best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience leading a technical team of DevOps Engineers.
• Subject matter expert in build and deployment automation (CI/CD)  using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in microservice architecture, docker, Kubernetes and other cloud native technologies
• Demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable and high-quality applications.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and function optimally in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management using agile development practices: SCRUM.

Please Note:

• This job requires travel domestically and/or internationally, 
• This is a full-time, exempt opportunity. 
• Relocation will not be considered for this position. 
• At this time, visa sponsorship is not available. 

The salary range for this position is $77,600-$144,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
