This is a 3rd shift position working Sunday - Thursday, 9:00pm - 5:00am! 

$1.00 shift differential for working 3rd shift!

What you'll do:

As a Production Operator you will focus on blending, following "recipes" and mix raw ingredients to meet and exceed customer expectations for specialty extracts and high-quality flavorings.

• Responsible for operations of blending process for coffee production.
• Document and calculate data at different stages during the blending process.
• Work as a team with other areas of production.
• Maintain equipment and working area in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Operate forklift trucks.
• Follow all HACCP programs.
• Having the ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task.
• Follow all safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other duties assigned by Management

What you'll need to be successful:

There are a few requirements you’ll need to be safe and successful in this job:

• Because you’ll be working with ingredients to specific standards, you’ll have a high school diploma or previous work experience with measuring and documenting. 
• No need to join a gym! This role will require lifting 50lbs bags of ingredients by hand.

• Because the safety of you and our team is important to us, we are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of forklift experience

Salary:

The typical hiring range for this role is $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
