Position: Driver / Food Truck Operator (Cleveland, Ohio)

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Driver / Food Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating and managing a 26-foot food truck while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines driving, customer engagement, and marketing to help grow brand awareness in the community.


Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and manage a 26-foot food truck
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked truck
• Ensure compliance with all driving, safety, and food handling regulations
• Support local marketing efforts and brand promotion
• Provide excellent customer service while serving guests
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory tracking
• Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand with professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience driving large vehicles (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $17–$18 per hour
• Incentives and performance-based bonuses available

Work Availability:

Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
