As our PTA Rehab Director, you will:

• Support clinical leadership and coordination of a multidisciplinary team of therapists

• Oversee day-to-day rehab operations with a strong focus on quality care, compliance, and efficiency

• Work collaboratively with facility staff, medical teams, and community partners

• Foster team development, engagement, and satisfaction

• Maintain a small, meaningful treatment caseload to stay connected to patient care

What You Bring:

• Current Wisconsin PTA license

• Experience in therapy operations or strong potential for leadership

• Passion for patient-centered care, team development, and continuous improvement

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
