DUTIES:
Lead e-commerce/Digital initiatives of varying size/complexity, working cross-functionally to achieve business results, on-time and with quality. Act as the Support lead to the Hybris e-commerce sites, leading the offshore vendor partner resources, execute tasks and be seen as an SME as it relates to Hybris ecommerce implementations. Closely collaborate with the Marketing, e-commerce, and Sales teams to align on strategies and help prioritize across multiple projects with set deadlines and work with third party service providers that have onsite/offshore teams globally. Demonstrate proven extensive abilities and success with the SAP Hybris commerce platform and SAP Product Suite in leading or assisting with technical and architectural development efforts. Design, build, test and deploy the hybris solution components required for successful hybris solutions, including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Identify and address Marketing/eCommerce business team’s needs by: building and maintaining relationships; communicating value propositions; and managing resource requirements, project workflow and overall execution of deliverables. Assess current processes and redesign systems/process to drive improvement and implement changes to catalog management, customer interface design, etc. Coordinate reporting, calendars, launch plans, and customer service SOPs in accordance with best in industry practices. Manage all of site content, site merchandising, customer shopping experience, and conversion rate optimization tactics. Implement business processes and process improvements for interface maintenance and production support. Partner with Digital & Enterprise architects and infrastructure & operations teams to deliver technical innovations in support of emerging/evolving business strategic needs. Up to 25% domestic travel required. May work from home.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field plus 10 years of experience in the offered position or closely related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
6 years of experience in software development including design, development, integration, maintenance, implementation and testing of E-commerce and software applications.
5 years of experience in triaging issues using Dynatrace and Sumologic.
3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Apparel or Consumer goods industry.
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
Web development and maintenance experience using Java 11, J2EE, Spring MVC 6.0, Spring IOC, and Java Server Pages (JSPs), HTML.
JavaScript frameworks jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular 2+, Reactjs, or Node JS.
SAP HANA 2.0, MYSQL 8.0, ORACLE 19.15.0 Relational database development experience including database design, development of complex queries and stored procedures.
Experience using a command line environment to perform builds, deployments, and other software development activities.
Experience with automated builds and releases using Jenkins or Bamboo.
Experience managing and utilizing code repositories and continuous integration tools including git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
