The Team
The Enterprise Integration & Automation team is responsible for owning and managing critical integrations between internal business applications, and external vendors. This team is also responsible for developing and managing critical system automations supporting multiple business functions within Kraken. This team works with cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders primarily across Finance, Human Resource, Legal, Customer Support, etc to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency through strategic application of system integrations and automation technologies.
The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Integration & Automation will be responsible for partnering closely with various business teams to understand pain points & areas of opportunity within business processes and systems, build project roadmap, execute on projects and support them.
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise and advisory to business and IT to architect scalable technology solutions and implement best in class integrations and automations for security, performance and operational efficiency. This role will manage a team of developers/ engineers implementing and managing the integration and automation technology landscape at Kraken.
This role will require deep understanding and working knowledge of various integration and automation technologies and tools, strong leadership skills, and expertise in selecting and implementing integration and automation tools. This role reports to the Sr. Director of IT.
The Opportunity
Develop and implement a comprehensive integration and automation strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of Kraken’s critical business teams
Design and architect best in class integration and automation solutions, and implement industry best practices and standards
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives to develop the technology roadmap for enterprise integrations and automations
Assess and define project scope, timeline, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage integration and automation projects end to end, including planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
Evaluate, select, implement and manage third party iPaaS & Automation vendors and tools
Identify and manage risks associated with integrations and automations projects ensuring data security, and compliance
Form and maintain strong strategic relationships with stakeholders across the Human Resource, Finance, Legal, IT and other departments to influence business on latest technology and tooling for process efficiency and optimization opportunities
