The role entails:

• A good understanding of the current regulatory environment and interest in the future of sustainability reporting (including indicatively EU Taxonomy, CSRD, TCFD, ISSB standards, etc.) and the impacts that these may have on companies and their broader stakeholders.
• Conducting market research to understand key ESG trends in business and develop strategic views on ESG development.
• Actively assisting in the drafting of proposals in the context of tendering for new business.
• Executing ESG, sustainability and climate change related projects for our clients.
• Engaging on business level discussions/workshops with clients and documenting business requirements.
• Producing high quality client deliverables and managing basic engagement economics and logistics.
• Developing impactful reports and presentations that support the achievement of engagement goals and objectives.
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust.
• Managing teams of associates and being responsible for their career development.
• Working as part of cross - functional teams within PwC to bring our clients high value propositions and delivery solutions.

What we are looking for:

• 3 - 6 years of client facing experience leading and delivering advisory or assurance work in the field of ESG, sustainability and climate change.
• A university degree in business/finance, economics, engineering, a sustainability-related subject, or another discipline with strong quantitative elements.
• Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilities.
• Strong research, analytical and report writing skills.
• A proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.) and genuinely interested to develop knowledge of D&A tools (Power BI, Alteryx) and willing to develop these skills further.
• Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness.
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek).
• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
