Business Transformation Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Assists Clients in Translating Client ecommerce requirements into technical requirements and recommends a total I/T solution transforming the Client’s Ecommerce Function.
2. Documents and analyzes ecommerce requirements from a business perspective; defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions)
3. Work with Client and the I/T Architect to ensure proper identification and translation of ecommerce business requirements to I/T solution requirements.
4. Serves as business liaison with the package implementation ecommerce team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Marketing related major graduate in 2024 with bachelor or master degree;
2. Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
3. Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
4. Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment
5. A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
6. Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
2. Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
