Technical Program Manager, WAN Capacity

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
  
• Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience working with optical networking technologies.
  
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership or management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage EMEA WAN capacity delivery team responsible for pre-deployment engineering and delivery of WAN capacity across EMEA and Transatlantic optical transport systems.
  
• Hire, coach and develop team.
• Set team level direction, objectives and key results (OKRs), expectations and responsibilities, providing guidance and feedback to the team members.
