As an EIM Consultant you will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants and OpenText partners in the Italy/Switzerland/Austria region.

 

With a lot of personal responsibility, you will work at the customers’ sites to present, develop, and implement OpenText EIM solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence. Besides your working language (Italian) very good skills in English are required to work in our international environment. If you can also speak an additional language this would be also of advantage.  

 

With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management related technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture. You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them. You react flexibly to demands and customers’ needs and enjoy working in a team and with our international clients.

 

 

Position description:

 

• Performing requirement analysis at the prospects and customers by investigating the business processes and by identifying the potential EIM solution suitable for the need
• Preparation and implementation of software demonstrations of our EIM products / EIM solutions
• Demonstrating the strengths of our products directly at the customers by making presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations
• Creating solution papers and concepts of implementation and enhancements of our software
• Creating technical solution documents (infrastructure documents, implementation documents) for our software and the requirements of the customers’ projects
• Setting up EIM projects together with the partners and the customer to guarantee a successful project delivery and project implementation
• Acting as technical and organizational lead and expert during the project lifecycle
• Conduct enablement and training courses for customers and partners
• Identify potential both for license sales as well as projects.

 

Position requirements:

 

• You have a university/college degree, ideally in computer science or business administration or at least 2 years of experience as a programmer, software engineer, IT Consultant, …
• You have a good IT background with a focus on the technical perspective
• Whilst being an expert in the technical space you have a strong focus on realizing sales potentials, both for services as well as licenses
• You are familiar with IT architecture and IT systems (client/server technologies, network architecture, Operating Systems, databases, cloud, containerization, …)
• You show a high level of commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies/products
• Ability to travel within Central Europe as well as internationally.
• Knowledge of core OpenText products (Content Server, Archive, etc.) is highly beneficial for the position
• Expertise and experience in SAP related technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM) is also highly desirable
