From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. Creativity and initiative are encouraged to support your career development.</p><p>We’re doing things differently.</p><p>If this sounds like you, let’s talk.</p><a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"></a><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong> The main objective of the <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> is to independently support engineering subprojects of INEOS Automotives current product programme, e.g. complete Model Year Makeovers, new regional derivatives or new powertrain variants.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Management-support of a defined and self-contained project within the engineering department</li> <li>Responsibility to deliver on time, to cost and to quality, responding to required changes to reach the project targets assigned</li> <li>Technical contribution of internal/external or mixed project teams</li> <li>Responsibility to report the status of the project assigned directly to the Project Lead on a regular basis</li> <li>Work as an active member of the Engineering team, ensure effective communication between colleagues and positive contribute to meetings and briefings</li> <li>Anticipate risks and develop mitigation approaches, especially as regards to scope changes and their impact in the project assigned</li> <li>Responsibility for coordination, communication, and transparency within the assigned project for internal and external stakeholder</li> <li>Coordinate and work closely with third party suppliers (Engineering houses, Tier 1’s) on all aspects of planning, scheduling, and controlling for his/her area of expertise</li> <li>Ensuring proper project documentation</li> <li>Resolves problems, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements changes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>For the Project Coordinator, we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM and has knowledge of the automotive design and launch process, from concept over industrialisation until end-of-lifecycle</li> <li>Completed engineering degree or equivalent technical vocational training</li> <li>Automotive operations know how beneficial</li> <li>Excellent automotive knowledge gained over a career of product launches</li> <li>Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivery</li> <li>The incumbent must be able to build effective working relationships with internal clients and external supply chain</li> <li>Must have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Must be able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment</li> <li>Should be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organisation, with advanced verbal and written communications skills and should be comfortable giving presentations.</li> </ul>
