Concierge Physician - Westside - Primary Care

Through our UH Select primary care program, UH concierge doctors provide medical care to patients in a high-touch, high-service practice environment in exchange for an annual fee. This concierge care approach allows providers to intentionally limit the size of their practices in order to give each patient more personal attention and provide them with enhanced health services.

UH has the region’s largest primary care provider network, which comprises more than 300 board-certified providers with expertise in internal medicine and family medicine, as well as pediatric primary care. The network supports primary care providers in delivering the highest quality and coordinated care.

Work Site and Opportunity Highlights:  

• Monday through Friday
• Outpatient setting only
• West-side location
• Dedicated Medical Assistant
• Epic EMR
• Access to ancillary services at local health center

• Expect to see 8-10 patients per day when fully mature in practice

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician  
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
