As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of People Partners & Operations. 
Position Overview: As the SVP, Global Head of People Partners & Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our global people strategy. You will lead a team of professionals responsible for building a culture of excellence, fostering employee engagement, and enabling organizational growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:   Act as a strategic partner to the Global CPO in defining the future culture of Cision and supporting key priorities 
• America’s People Partner:  serve as the day-to-day Americas People Partner lead 
• People Operations: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, HR technology/data and compliance. 
• Organizational Development: Lead efforts to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support scalability and growth while promoting innovation and agility. 
• Global HR Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders across all business units, providing expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. 
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a culture of belonging and equality for all employees. 
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to drive high-performance results, employee development, and career growth. 
• Learning and Development: Develop and oversee training and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies in alignment with business needs. 
• HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance data analytics, and improve decision-making. 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, managing risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior HR leadership roles, preferably at a global level. 
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with the organization's strategic goals. 
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. 
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and global employment trends. 
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

For Individuals based in New York Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range of $250,000 -$300,000 is specific to New York, however base pay may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill sets, training, licensure, and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, well-qualified candidates may receive incentives outside of base pay. All offers will include competitive benefits, including healthcare and a 401k plan and company match. This salary range only applies to applicants based in New York. Applicants in different locations may have a higher or lower salary range. It is not typical for any applicant to receive the high end of the range in an offer.
