This role involves leadership in budgeting, vendor management, compliance, sustainability, and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all facilities.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Please note: This role is primarily office-based in Fremont, CA with regular site visits, and the ability to travel regularly (30-40%) to visit facilities nationwide.</strong></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the overall facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li> <li>Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals, ensuring high performance and development.</li> <li>Develop and manage facilities CapEx and OpEx budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency and supporting long-term infrastructure planning.</li> <li>Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality and compliance.</li> <li>Ensure all building systems and production equipment are properly maintained through proactive preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and reliability programs.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental
