Then we will look forward to meeting you!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <p><ul> <li>Team leader for a German team of approx. 15 highly qualified Procurement Managers/employees</li> <li>Set targets for all team members and focus on their development</li> <li>Overall end-to-end sourcing responsibility across different categories, for specific tender strategies,  supplier invitation &amp; selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts</li> <li>Drive own tenders and support team members in tenders</li> <li>Deliver efficient and effective procurement operations while ensuring compliance</li> <li>Close collaboration with business to jointly optimize the scope and approach of sourcing to ensure best commercial outcomes</li> <li>Systems &amp; tools accountability for all sourcing activities</li> <li>Actively manage Uniper suppliers ensuring competitive contracts and reliable supplies</li> </ul> </p> <p>  </p> <p>Your profile</p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>Proven track record of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders</li> <li>Proven leadership experience</li> <li>Experience in using SAP Ariba and relevant platforms (i.e. eVergabe)</li> <li>Ability to convincingly manage a wide range of stakeholders, their conflicting requirements &amp; cross-functional overlaps</li> <li>Good analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance</li> <li>Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor</li> <li>Work experience in international teams, appreciation of cultural differences and willingness to travel internationally</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in fluent English and German required</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p>Your benefits</p>   At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
