Mission Advocate Lead

Responsibilities

In this role, the selected candidate will assess our customers’ various needs to provide expert services and advocate for the best solutions to their requirements across all functional task areas.  The desire to minimize customer effort while showing a high level of passion and energy when problem solving will be essential. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their comprehensive skill set and become a trusted advisor to our customers. The ideal mission advocate candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to think outside the box to provide our customers with unique solutions. Successful candidate will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask. Relationship building experience are essential for this position.

• A passionate customer advocate with strong critical thinking skills
• Detailed knowledge of the customers organization and mission
• Strong time management/multi-tasking skills in a virtual environment
• Exceptional listening, questioning, and technical troubleshooting techniques
• High level of autonomy, self-motivation and ethical self-management

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience with a BS/BA degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
