Marketing & Social Media Intern

Are you excited about digital storytelling, brand visibility, and marketing strategy? We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Intern to support content development, marketing insights, and digital engagement for Business Sweden US.

Spring Internship

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 3 Months

This role is based at our Chicago office.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and publish client success stories, ensuring clear and compelling messaging
• Research market trends, industry insights, and relevant news to support thought leadership
• Create and schedule posts across social media channels in alignment with our communication guidelines
• Develop market relevant content informed by current industry trends and data insights
• Monitor content performance and recommend initiatives to strengthen social media awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and leadership to source and shape impactful content

Formal Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields

A Plus:

• Experience with AI tools for content drafting or image generation
• Interest in international business, Sweden, or transatlantic trade is beneficial
• Some experience (internship or professional) in marketing, communications, or content/reporting roles
