NETWORK COMMUNICATION ENGINEER - JNY L2 - BOULDER GROUND INNOVATION FACILITY - OPERATION SUPPORT SERVICES

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

JOB SUMMARY: The Contractor shall provide a Network Communications Engineer. The Network Communications Engineer serves as the subject matter expert to collaborate with multiple tenants and external communications providers on outages, testing, upgrades, impacts, risks, mitigation, status and reporting in conjunction with planned or unplanned events.  The Engineer identifies configuration items, implements change control, configuration status accounting, and physical configuration audits. This position is listed as a “key position” for this contract. Location: Boulder, CO.

PRIMARY DUTIES: 

• Collaborates with multiple tenants and external communications providers
• Identifies configuration items
• Implements change control
• Conducts configuration status accounting
• Conducts physical configuration audits

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 7 years of relevant experience. 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma. Security+, CNNP,CASP+, SCCP+,  or equivalent certification in accordance with an IAW DoD 8140. 

SECURITY CLEARRANCE: Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Must be willing to complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph if one is not already on file.
