Security Account Manager

We are looking for a Security Account Manager to lead our security operations, ensure contract compliance, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence.
As the Security Account Manager, you will liaise with client representatives to measure contract KPIs and key long-term initiatives, mentor subordinate managers, and ensure compliance with financial performance projections. You will manage the security services and related operations provided to the assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.
The Security Account Manager will meet or exceed all established operations goals to ensure contract compliance while ensuring all company processes are followed. Retaining and developing successful employees through proper training will also be a part of this person’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Operations
- Establish and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals to align with the contract business plan.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership using Salesforce reports, metrics, and analytics tools.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Participate in company and client initiatives, committees, and task forces.
Performance & People Management
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and retention of high-performing security personnel.
- Set and monitor performance goals for security teams, ensuring accountability.
- Oversee training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
- Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary to improve team success.
Training & Development
- Identify and bridge skill gaps with targeted training and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory training programs for security staff.
- Stay informed on industry trends, risks, and emerging security threats, sharing insights with the team.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and best practices.
Client & Customer Service Excellence
- Serve as the primary liaison between Securitas and client representatives.
- Maintain a customer-first approach to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
Operational Oversight
- Manage daily Security Officer staffing and scheduling to meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and monitor security personnel performance.
