The Regional Security Specialist position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

 

Regional Security Specialist Requirements: 

• Associate’s Degree and 2+ years experience in Security
• Ability to train and develop employees
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior 
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Driver Certification, CPR, AED
• High customer service orientation
• Experience managing large security program 

 

As a Regional Security Specialist you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
