Automotive Service Receptionist - Flow Kia of Charlottesville

Flow Kia of Charlottesville is seeking a Service Receptionist. We would like an eager candidate who work as a dispatcher within the Service Department. 

Candidates should have experience as a receptionist, be professional, able to multitask, and have reliable transportation. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be customer centric - having the ability to understand customers’ situations, perceptions and expectations
• Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer
• Previous experience with high-end automobile customers
• Professional, in appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation is a must

 
Work schedule averages 45 +hours per week - closed on Sundays.
