A Day in the Life:
Focuses on Novel Seeds and Regen Ag global development.  Supports and continuously improves the lead generation and conversion process. Drives business growth by providing transparency of a targeted funnel and effective conversion into customers. Analyzes global novel seeds projects success metrics, conducts growers and market insights gathering and offers consolidated reporting.

 

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Management: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, nurture leads to improve conversion and maintain accurate CRM data.
Project Support: Provide performance metrics for commercial projects, particularly novel seed projects, align program development with project goals and KPIs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify segments, trends, opportunities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track KPIs related to lead generation, conversion, certification, and delivery. 
Prepares presentation for teams and management on progress and areas of opportunities and continuous improvement.

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:
3-5 Years of experience of industry experience
Finance/ Business training and/or relevant experience.
Sustainability technical comprehension and/or education.
Data analytics - Advanced excel/python knowledge, Tableau desirable.
