We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.</p><p><strong>Join the resource revolution!</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The purpose of our F&amp;A department is to add value to TOMRA by delivering high quality, accurate financial results and information to internal stakeholders and proactively partner with each other and other teams in pursuit of business goals. </p><p>The Finance and Accounting (F&amp;A) department aims to add value to TOMRA by delivering high-quality, accurate financial results and information to internal stakeholders, while proactively collaborating with other teams to achieve business goals. </p><p>As the <strong>Finance and Accounting Manager</strong>, you will oversee transactional finance for the countries within your scope (potentially multi-country coverage, sub-regional), supported by services from Shared Service Centres. Your primary responsibilities include accounting (with a focus on General Ledger), taxes, administration (such as insurances, banks, corporate secretary duties, etc.), and financial control. You will report group figures and assist FP&amp;A/Controlling in budget preparation and monthly reporting. Additionally, you will manage local audits and external stakeholders (including local banks and tax experts), in coordination with group and regional functions. </p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Financial Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyse financial data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders. </li><li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in creating budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and managing financial plans. </li><li>Accounting Proficiency: Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards including IFRS and UK/Irish GAAP. </li><li>Tax Management: Expert in tax regulations and the ability to manage tax compliance and planning (UK and Ireland specific). </li><li>Communication Skills: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and external experts. </li><li>Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards including statutory reporting and audit coordination. </li><li>Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems (IFS expertise is a plus) and advanced Excel and powerbi skills. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. </li><li>ACA/ACA/CPA Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant. </li><li>7-10 years in F&amp;A management, preferably within industrial sector. </li><li>Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Observe and comply with policies, procedures and quality management systems. </li><li>Observe and comply with our code of conduct. </li><li>Positively and actively support effective communication, encourage and provide constructive feedback. </li><li>Support the overall organisational vision, values and culture. </li><li>.Assist others with the selection of approaches, methods and/or services as required. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You will have long-term career opportunities, with a globally renowned company and the following: </p><ul><li>Health insurance.  </li><li>Pension scheme:<ul><li>2% employee contribution with 4% employer contribution.</li><li>4% employee contribution with 6% employer contribution.</li><li>6% employee contribution 8% employer contribution.  </li></ul></li><li>25 days annual leave.</li><li>Additional long service days.</li><li>International and collaborative working environment. </li><li>Space and support to experiment with new technologies. </li><li>Social events. </li><li>Be part of a mission to transform how we all obtain, use, and reuse the planet’s resources to enable a world without waste. </li><li>Inclusive company culture that values diversity, well-being, and strong camaraderie among our teammates. </li><li>Professional training and development: We are passionate about people and seeing them succeed. </li><li>We love innovation,
