General Laborer

Position: General LaborerLocation: Cocoa Beach, FLDuration: Full time, Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $20.00/hr.Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST) We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to support day-to-day operations in our fabrication and painting areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow with a company that values strong work ethics and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in weld and fabrication areas
• Assist in cleaning and prepping the painting section
• Train under supervision to operate industrial saws and equipment
• Support recycling efforts by helping manage and sort steel scrap
• Perform general labor duties as assigned to support operational flow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience using hand tools and tape measures
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
