The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As Junior Project Manager, you will work together with a Project Manager. You will be responsible for implementing delegated project tasks according to the project plan. You will work together with your project team and solve upcoming challenges in close collaboration with the relevant departments of delivery and the customer suppliers.</p><p><strong>Your other responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the project manager on daily basis, elaborating and implementing the Project Management Plan</li><li>Work together with international virtual teams</li><li>Managing a wide range of key stakeholders on international level</li><li>Creating reports and presenting those to the management of the project</li><li>Planning and organizing the relevant parts of the project in alignment with the customer, other partners, and the relevant T-Systems departments</li><li>Assuring acceptance of project results by the customer and the handover to operation</li><li>Assuring readiness of service management, delivery and billing</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Advanced, business-fluent German and English</li><li>2-4 years of project related experience in PMO or PM roles</li><li>Experience with classic (waterfall) and agile project management methods</li><li>Willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject matter</li><li>Ability to respond to customer needs with a high level of customer focus and social competence</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills</li><li>Good collaboration and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication skills, being ready to regulary communicate and attend meetings with customers</li><li>Proactivity, self-driven working attitude</li></ul><p>Advantages</p><ul><li>Project management certificate (PMP, Prince2, IPMA B)</li><li>MS Project, SharePoint and Office knowledge</li><li>ITIL knowledge</li><li>Experience in documentation management, secretary, PMO tasks</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
