Position Summary

In this role, you’ll be the driving force in the southeast inventory process for the CVR business. Successful candidates will need to be able to work with various internal and external customer roles from support teams, users, and all levels of management.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, always apply critical thinking, have a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. Exhibit professional communications tailored to the audience whether verbal or written. Must work well independently and need minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities

• Order inventory from Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina State Department of Motor Vehicles

• Fulfill and ship inventory orders for dealership and rental car customers

• Track all orders placed, shipped and received in state specific applications

• Be onsite for North Carolina and South Carolina state inventory audits

• Be onsite for all deliveries

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding status or inventory orders

• Trouble shoot inventory status issue with CVR customers, CVR support and state inventory representatives

• Track delivery of orders and maintain delivery records

• Manage miscellaneous projects assigned to support CVR implementation team

• Able to appropriately manage time and priorities as demands vary on a daily basis

Required Skills/Abilities

• Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and general software is required

• Salesforce proficiency is preferred

• Must be willing to travel to warehouse in Fort Mills, South Carolina to receive and ship order

• Associates Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience

• Must be able to lift <50lbs

• Must have working vehicle in good condition

Salary: $20 - $25/hour
