Position Summary
The Director, Member Data Sales and Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth for CAQH’s Member Data Solutions, including COB Smart, Data as a Service offerings, and value-based consulting engagements. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion within payer, Medicaid, and government markets. Success in this role looks like consistently achieving sales targets, building durable partnerships, and positioning CAQH as a trusted leader in member data solutions.
This is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Vice President, Sales.
Specific Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales for CAQH Member Data Solutions, including data validation, DaaS, and consulting engagements.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and contract execution for both direct and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Management, Product, Implementation and Marketing to align go-to-market strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Actively support and close complex, strategic, and enterprise-level opportunities by demonstrating deep understanding of CAQH products, data assets, and prospect needs.
- Adherence to CRM and revenue technology strategy - ensuring accurate documentation and forecasting.
- Stay current on SaaS, DaaS, and healthcare market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategy.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within complex technology, data, or SaaS solutions, ideally within Member Data Solutions (COB, data validation, DaaS).
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions into large, matrixed organizations.
- Must have demonstrated recent experience selling into payer, Medicaid, and/or government healthcare customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
