You will partner with Technical Accounting, Legal, FP&amp;A, various accounting and finance teams across the org, as well as our External Auditors to ensure financial statements are reported accurately, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, and aligned with operational and financial goals. In this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment that balances technical accounting with operational execution.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role:</strong></h3> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting, hands-on experience with SEC reporting, and the ability to work across departments to solve problems and support business decisions. This position provides the opportunity to gain exposure to external reporting, technical accounting research, audits, and system improvements in a high-growth environment.</p> <h4><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&amp;A sections in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations&nbsp;</li> <li>Review supporting documentation and prepare the tie-out of the financial statements and footnotes</li> <li>Assist with equity and stock-based compensation accounting, including share-based taward calculations under ASC 718 and equity rollforward schedules&nbsp;</li> <li>
