What You'll Do

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members
• Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Refer patients to PT, OT, SLP, and MSW as needed for specialized care
• Supervise and teach other nursing personnel
• Conduct patient care conferences for assigned patients
• Participate in peer review and Quality Assessment initiatives
• Provide comprehensive patient care in comfortable home settings

What We're Looking For

Education & Licensing:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification (Required)

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-hire background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Passion for building patient relationships

Competitive Compensation:

• $36.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Multiple position types available: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
