The role is focused on maintenance of all facilities, equipment and other vital tools used by the company. It is also important that the Facility coordinator is someone that the employees can come to during the work day with questions and get immediate help and service. </p><p>The role is a mix between facility and office support and requires being a central connection point. You will need to be flexible since this is a role with very varied tasks and you’ll need to prioritize and be willing to help where it is needed.<br/>  </p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Arranging and moving things at the office, like desks, office supplies or whatever is needed.</li><li>On/Off boarding, like preparing a desk space or having office tours</li><li>Tracking inventory of office supplies, consumables etc.</li><li>Have contact with vendors &amp; suppliers.</li><li>Keeping instructions regarding functions in the office, both digital and physical, up to date.</li><li>General maintenance.</li><li>Administration associated with conference, afterwork, teambuilding, workshop, yearly celebrations and CSR.</li><li>Answering the office phone</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>We would love it if you…</strong></p><ul><li>Have a service mindset and are happy to support where the current need is.</li><li>Can work independently and take initiatives to make sure the office is a great place to be at.</li><li>Like to build relationships with colleagues and suppliers.</li><li>Feel comfortable expressing yourself in both Swedish and English</li><li>Look forward to collaborating in an international and creative environment.</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>Joining our studio</strong><em>                 </em><br/> At Ubisoft Stockholm we’re pioneers, building the future of games and creating great entertainment.
