We are currently looking for a Senior Manager within Technology Consulting to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team, focused on providing best-in-class solutions.

Your key responsibilities 

 

In this client-facing role within a rapidly growing practice, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. This position is the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex business transactions while recommending solutions to pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. You will also team up with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

• 10+ years of leadership and project management experience – especially in delivering projects and products in a Consulting Environment and/or client-facing organizations.
• 10+ years of experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a focus on business development & stakeholder management.
• Readiness to successfully build connections and perform business development with our clients in line with the set-up strategy and priorities.
• A solid technical foundation with relevant experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field, enabling you to understand and navigate complex technical challenges with ease
• Willingness to travel to customer locations on an as-needed basis.
• Familiarity with commercial and public sector business domains.
• Transformational leadership style with a focus on building an inclusive culture & high-performing teams of global professionals.
• Ability to lead teams in different contexts & environments with an awareness of group dynamics to drive an inclusive approach.
• Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset.”
