We are seeking to hire a results-driven Senior Associate for our Product Line Operating Guilds Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and analytical professional responsible for advancing operational standards and best practices. This role is pivotal in driving improved outcomes and increased efficiencies across our operations, while effectively managing regulatory and performance risks.
Role Overview:
This Senior Associate will independently lead initiatives and collaborate closely with Product Lines and other shared services teams/partners to ensure seamless governance, adherence to operating standards, and comprehensive risk mitigation. They will be a key partner in fostering alignment across RCM Product Lines to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
Success in this role requires a combination of strategic project leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The Senior Associate must be adept at influencing diverse cohorts across the organization—from individual contributors to senior leaders—to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic process improvements and operational initiatives that increase efficiency and drive measurable quality outcomes.
Champion standardization and best practices across escalations, service requests, and backlog management to optimize operational workflows.
Exercise sound judgment in making business decisions and adapting plans in response to dynamic challenges.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment through clear expectation setting, effective communication, and project plan execution.
Identify automation opportunities and promote scalable workflow enhancements to support evolving Product Line needs.
Manage delivery of project outcomes on time, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and product roadmaps.
Communicate results clearly and persuasively to varied audiences, building credibility as a trusted advisor.
Cultivate a robust network of cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate efficient collaboration.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks within product operations.
Navigate regulatory requirements effectively to ensure ongoing compliance and performance standards.
Present findings and solutions clearly, influencing decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
Leverage available resources and methodologies to identify best-fit solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Support department goals by structuring work effectively and encouraging peer development.
Act as a positive role model, offering coaching and constructive feedback.
Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities, using data-driven insights to recommend enhancements.
Engage in continuous learning and skill development to strengthen operational expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
3+ years of professional experience in relevant healthcare RCM environments.
Proven track record in operational project management with a focus on process improvement and risk management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology and digital tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize critical initiatives.
Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail.
