What are we looking for

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Fabrication Financial Analyst for our corporate offices in Coral Gables, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

 

Responsibilities:

•    Development of reports - Continuously searching for the improvement of content and/or format of reports. Consistent reporting to a specific client (Board, Business/Ops Managers, Functional Directors and VPs of Fabrication Division), with an appropriate level of detail. Work with reporting to leverage all possible operational system advantages.  
•    Analysis – Continuous evaluation of the budget and goals set vs. actual results.
•    On site support – Help the shops on the field, by visiting the shops periodically. Also visiting customers in order to find opportunities.  
•    Monthly Reviews – Attend periodic reviews with the managers and functional directors of every shop/region. 
•    Improvement Opportunities – Detecting, analyzing and developing possible efficiency improvements of every shop or even in a consolidated level of information.
o    Support in the design and development of tools helpful to optimize any process.
o    Development and implementation of new procedures and/or policies. 
o    Develop tools to optimize purchases and expenses. 
•    Support – Help the business (ops and sales) to make decisions, implement new strategies and find synergies among shops.
•    Budgets - Coordination of the general budget process for every shop, setting the goals and controls necessary to develop and manage the business.  

What you need to succeed

 

Experience:

•    Preferred – 2-3 years’ experience as Financial Analyst
•    Preferred – SAP knowledge (FI-CO)
•    Preferred – Knowledge about the fabrication business in the US

Education:

•    Required - Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering
•    Required – Proficient on Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
 

Personal:

•    Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
•    Well organized with strong social skills
•    Works well under pressure
•    Self-motivated, proactive and strong leadership
•    Work with vast amounts of information
