As part of Atlassian's transformative journey, the Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Voice of the Customer (ENT VOC) project. This role involves strategic decision-making to determine which products, features, and initiatives will have the greatest impact on Atlassian and its customers. By improving prioritization and resource allocation, this work will ensure our products not only meet market demands but also accelerate Atlassian's future growth trajectory.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams to gather and analyze feedback collected through the ENT VOC project. Use this data to support product launches and ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.

  • Pre-Launch VOC Analysis: Work closely with the R&D team during the ideation and planning stages to assess potential impacts based on VOC insights. Determine anticipated three-year ARR and key performance indicators, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into strategic planning and prioritization.

  • Post-Launch VOC Evaluation: Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to evaluate success against revenue targets and KPIs. Create a feedback loop with R&D and customer teams, ensuring that VOC insights are utilized for continuous improvement and refinement of product strategies.

  • VOC-Driven Pricing and Bundling Strategies: Leverage VOC insights to support the development and implementation of consumption-based pricing models and product bundling strategies, ensuring that customer needs and preferences are considered.

  • Development of VOC Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that highlight key VOC-driven performance indicators and strategic priorities. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes.

  • VOC Component Management: Work with the ENT-VOC core team to update components based on VOC feedback, ensuring accurate categorization and assignment of ENT tickets to the correct product owners.

Qualifications

Skills and requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in business strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting, OR 5+ years in sales strategy, operations, or analytics.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, with the capability to conduct complex data analysis and model forecasting.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and effectively communicate with senior leadership.

  • Influential Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence various organizational functions at all levels.

  • Product Expertise: Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and market positioning. Ability to assess product-market fit, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and identify opportunities for product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with R&D, sales, and operations to align strategic goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Compensation
