Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of operational readiness leadership and change management initiatives as part of the Epic implementation. Works with external and internal partners to develop and roll out readiness roadmaps, tools, and processes. Ensures changes are implemented smoothly and successfully, and that all stakeholders are prepared, equipped, and ready to embrace and sustain changes. Leads members, oversees the super user program and ensure go-live readiness. Aligns overall program communications with Clinical Operational Readiness (CORe) and Access & Revenue Cycle Readiness (ARCR). Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Seven years relevant experience: Preferred
  • Five years leadership experience: Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare operations, change management, Human Resources: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees operational readiness to ensure stakeholders are equipped to embrace, adopt, and fully utilize the new integrated applications. Defines expectations and accountability to ensure alignment with program leadership, governance, and other stakeholders.
  • Works with internal and external groups to develop operational readiness roadmaps, strategies, and plans. Conducts readiness assessments and develops mitigation plans for risks identified.
  • Conducts change impact assessments and periodic feedback surveys. Establishes metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change management activities and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Works with leaders to ensure right end-user groups are involved in key activities. Engages with communications to develop plans to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive of program initiatives.
  • Ability to travel to other business sites, as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
