Position Summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Summer Intern(s) to support the Specialty Distribution Commercial Organization, with a focus on Portfolio Management and Commercial Operations. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the Specialty Pharmaceutical distribution industry through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world business experience.

Interns will work alongside commercial leaders and operational teams supporting strategic initiatives across plasma therapeutics, vaccines, dermatology, portfolio management, and sales operations. The program offers students the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting, while developing business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.

Throughout the internship, participants will gain experience in data analysis, commercial strategy, sales operations and planning, market segmentation, customer insights, and portfolio analytics while contributing to initiatives that directly support organizational priorities and growth objectives.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Assist with commercial strategy, portfolio analysis, and business operations projects to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Support development of market assessments, competitive analyses, and industry research to aid budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist with sales performance reporting, customer analytics, and operational analysis across product categories, customer segments, and portfolio initiatives.
• Support preparation of presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and materials for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Portfolio Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics teams.
• Participate in mentorship opportunities, intern development activities, and final internship presentations.
Education, Skills, and Knowledge

Required Education:
• Junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Biology, Comprehensive Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related Science or Business discipline
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, specialty distribution, commercial strategy, or operations preferred.

Internship Timeline and Logistics
• Duration: Monday, June 15, 2026 – Friday, August 14, 2026
• Time Requirements: 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on project requirements
• Location: Remote, U.S. based

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. Must have the ability to lift and maneuver items of at least 20 lbs. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
