Key user and administrator of all Crew Scheduling software programs. Project management (responsibility for all outstanding and impending Crew Scheduling projects. Responsiblilities include System Functions;
Planning, coordinating and managing various projects related to Crew Scheduling or Flight Operations/Inflight Operation;
Designing and implementing internal system audits;
Responsible for maintaining and further development of CSOM
Assist with the Monthly Reserve Adjusted Bid as necessary;
Developing and implementing projects and programs that assist the Crew Resources team;
Perform the other Crew Scheduling functions as required;
Responsible for the filing, responses, and any necessary follow up pertaining to Crew Resources SRAs and/or company audits;
Travel as needed to attend necessary training, conferences or meetings.
Qualifications
Proven and proficient in both 14 CFR Parts 117 & 121 pertaining to Crew Scheduling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Exceptional customer service skills
Thorough working knowledge of all software applications in use by Crew Scheduling
Capable of troubleshooting Crew Scheduling and crewmember software programs
High level of organizational skills
Thorough knowledge of all FARs pertaining to crewmember flight/duty/rest and qualification
Self-motivated and team player
Ability to work with others as a team as well as alone with minimal supervision
Ability to respond quickly to change
Must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holiday when necessary
High School diploma/GED; Associate degree
Two (2) years Crew Scheduling experience or equivalent
