Job Summary

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead creative projects, partnering closely with writers and cross-functional team members to support the execution and presentation of innovative campaigns. In this role, you will help to ensure the highest standards in visual communication and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and design execution across all mediums, including print, digital, video, and emerging platforms.
• Mastery of color theory, spatial relationships, typography, and composition to drive design decisions.
• Expertise in digital design and a strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Oversee the creative process, offering unique and innovative solutions that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s brand, audience, and industry.
• Actively participate in client meetings, effectively presenting creative work and clearly articulating concepts.
• Provide creative leadership, mentoring junior designers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
• Continually propose new creative ideas and solutions to elevate brand narratives, demonstrating a deep ownership of assigned accounts.
• Stay informed about trends in branding, marketing, and advertising, with a focus on healthcare and wellness industries.
• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining creative excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a creative agency environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with video production and motion graphics is a plus.
